Most items are shipped via UPS Ground. On average delivery will take approximately from 2 to 7 business days.
Small orders that consist only of greeting cards will be shipped by USPS mail.

Order Processing: Once you make a payment via PayPal I will review your order and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. After that it will take from 2 to 7 business days to hand paint and ship your order. For example: Greeting cards are usually shipped in 2 to 3 business days and mailboxes in 6 business days. Under certain circumstances I may need a few extra days to complete your order due to the quantity ordered or overall volume of orders at a given time. I will notify you by email if there will be any delays.
Each item that you order will be hand painted just for you and will be absolutely unique.
Gift wrap and gift messages: Gift message is free with every order, you don't need to purchase gift wrap. Elegant gift wrap is available for most items. Please read more about the gift wrap and see examples here.
Return Policy:
1) You can return the merchandise if by accident you received a wrong item. In this case I will pay for the return shipping and ship you the right item free.
2) If your item(s) was damaged in shipping (which is very rare), you can receive a refund or a new item free of charge. Please contact me immediately if your order was damaged during shipping. Any claims of damage reported days, weeks or months after delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3) You can also return your order for any other reason you might have. (Like the color is not blue enough or it didn't match your decor, etc.) . In most cases you will be given a refund of your purchase if the merchandise is undamaged and unused, however the shipping charges will not be refunded. Item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days following the delivery. Please note that in most cases the return shipping will not be refunded either.

Making payments through PayPal is fast, easy and secure. If do not have Pay Pal account you will need to create one. It's free and takes just a few minutes. After that you will be able to make secure payments using Pay Pal.
Personalized Items: If you are ordering online you will see a " Message to Seller" or "Instructions to Seller" window in your shopping cart ( after you will login or create Pay Pal account). There you can type in your personalized message that you want to appear on the item that you are ordering. Please include item's code number that starts with symbol #.
Important : Not all items can be personalized, make sure that the item you are ordering can be personalized.
Products: All products are painted by Alla Davidson, all of the designs are original and unique. Since each piece is hand painted there will be some slight variations between the items you see online and the ones you'll receive.

Product care tips:
Mailboxes:
Warning: Hand painted post mount black mailboxes, are not for full sun locations or areas with very hot summer temperatures. Black mailboxes can overheat causing damage to the spray finish. It is best to keep the white mailboxes in shade / partial shade too.
Please, leave the flag slightly bent out so the painting or the unpainted area will not be scratched during operation.
Do not scratch the painting or unpainted surface of the mailbox it can damage the spray sealer causing it to peel off.
Item has 6-9 coats of protective spray sealer “Krylon Crystal Clear”
Wash with a soft sponge, only when needed. Do not use scrubbers. You can reapply the sealer to a clean and dry mailbox once or twice a year. A few even coats will be enough.
The sealer is available at Wal-Mart, home improvement stores and all craft stores.
Adding house numbers to the mailbox:
If you need to add a house number or family name to the mailbox you can use decals. Please, use caution when placing decals to the surface of the mailbox. Once the decal is placed do not lift it off the surface, it can damage the sealer underneath causing it to peel off, failing to protect your mailbox from the weather.
You can also use paint. Choose acrylic paint only. If you make a mistake wipe it off quickly with a moistened paper towel. Never scrub the surface of the mailbox. When the paint dries spray over it with several coats of Krylon Spray sealer, waiting about 10 minutes between the coats.
Wooden Items:
Item has several coats of Krylon Crystal Clear spray that protects the painting. Items can be wiped with a soft cloth or sponge. If needed, use mild soap only. Do not scratch the painting.
Leather Albums:
Dust off with a soft cloth. Do not scratch the painting. The painting is sealed with a clear spray sealer.
Christmas ornaments:
Do not scratch the painting. Handle with care. Wipe with a soft moist cloth, do not use soap.
Birdhouses:
Do not scratch the painting. Clean, when needed with a soft moist cloth or sponge; or dust off with a soft cloth. Birdhouses are intended for decorative purpose and should be used indoors only.
Flower pots:
Clean with a soft sponge using only mild soap. Do not scratch the painting. Flower pots are intended for indoor use only.
